“Hello there-
Hopefully I have the right email—I nabbed a card at the service desk when I was in on Saturday the 6th, and your email was on there.

I brought my ’20 Crosstrek in for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment, Mindy Williams was my service manager. I was there for 2 hours in the waiting room, and got to hear what a slice of life is like for her in your industry. I have to say, she is one of the most patient and helpful people I’ve run across in a long time. She’s cheerful, forthright, agreeable, and even when she had to deliver disappointing news to someone (like a car needed more than the customer hope for; a caller needing something she couldn’t provide) she had compassion, and offered alternatives.
I work in the service industry and with people for 10 hours a day, so I know what she’s dealing with—and she’s a gem. Please hold on to her and value her! It’s a little bit of a drive for me to come from Richmond to get service, and she makes it worth it.
