CODE4 Story 1: “Wedding SAVED” (Logan Housley, Daniel Striker, Ramzie Phillips)
Ms. Luspa was on a road trip to get her daughter to her wedding when her car broke down on the side of the road. When she called in it was 1:50pm on a Saturday and we were about to close. Logan quickly rallied a team willing to stay and get her car looked at and back on the road. Daniel Striker and Ramzie Phillips had no problem staying well past closing time to make sure the customer was taken care of and that their vehicle was fixed.
Once her vehicle was completed she expressed to Logan that we saved her wedding, as Enterprise in our area had no vehicles available to rent to get them the rest of the way to their destination.

CODE4 Story 2: John Mongolf, Billie Jo Himelright
This CODE4 moment was sent in by a customer commending John Mongold and Jo Himelright!
“John, You and Billie Jo made a tough time with the car into a great experience. You took care of the car right away and gave us rides back and forth to our hotel. I always believed in Subaru and now the people who service the customer. Thank you again and your phone number will always be in my phone when traveling south.”
