At the beginning of the UVA basketball season, CMA launched a #fuelthefight Campaign with the purpose of carrying out our mission of Moving Lives Forward. The focus of this campaign was to support UVA Athletics, as well as the local community through sponsorship of all UVA women’s basketball three-pointers. As a part of CMA’s campaign we agreed to donate $33 for each UVA three-pointer this season to the UVA Children’s Hospital.
We were so excited, we couldn’t wait until the end of the season, so this past weekend Matt Walsh and Melanie Gibson presented the UVA Children’s Hospital with a check for $5,000. We are proud to support our Hoos and the local Charlottesville community!
