The following letter was sent to Liza regarding their experience at CMA’s Toyota of Martinsburg.

Yesterday, I visited your Toyota Service Department in Martinsburg, WV with my 2019 Toyota Highlander for a diagnostic evaluation. I was very impressed with the service I received and the facility. The people and structures were clean, neat and the service was excellent…especially from Tristan Facello (service advisor) and Josh Nelson (service manager). The lounge area was well thought out – there were comfortable sofas, tables for people working on laptops, etc., a children’s playroom, plus, a coffee bar with fresh popcorn.
