Customer Praise for Amy Hoover!

Please take a moment to read the wonderful email that was written to CMA’s Honda of Winchester’s General Manager, praising Amy Hoover for her Uncommon CARE!

“Good Morning Darin,

I’ve been meaning to write this email for a very long time. We’ve been a Honda only family since 2004. We just purchased our ninth Honda with Josh two weeks ago. All of our vehicles have been exclusively serviced by Miller and now CMA since our “conversion” in 2004. Joining our vehicles are a Honda mower and Honda snow blower. To say we’re sold is an understatement! We’ve also proudly passed down the “Honda Family” gene to our children. Our oldest married into another Honda family. He and his now wife both owned identical Civics (same color and only off by one model year) when they met. I share all of this to hit home the fact that our loyalty runs incredibly deep.

The reason I’m writing is to share that Amy has been a pivotal reason why we’re so loyal and would never consider purchasing any other make of vehicle. Amy has been taking care of us for a very long time. Honestly, the thought of servicing with another dealership or service advisor brings great anxiety, truly it does! I joke that Amy keeps us from ever considering a Toyota. This isn’t an exaggeration. Just like a treasured electrician, plumber, etc.. Amy fits into that small circle of trusted associates that we’re incredibly grateful for and look forward to always having in our wheelhouse.

Our new vehicle has a few dings/scratches that were discovered at delivery and a few since then. When Josh advised that Amy would handle the cosmetic repairs for us, any apprehension as to whether things would be made “right” completely disappeared and I’ve been able to enjoy my new vehicle as I had hoped. Had this been any other dealership the joy of purchasing our new vehicle would have been overshadowed with worry that things may or may not have been made “right”.

Whatever Amy’s compensation might be, it surely isn’t enough!
