“Dear Mr. Jenkins,
I was in last week to purchase a new 2023 Honda Civic. I live in Purcellville and started with a dealer closer to home, but I need something else. I called your dealership and I spoke with a salesperson (Ryan Lindberg) that morning. I had my new car by that evening. I was going to take an Uber back to pick up the vehicle and was informed that the car could be delivered. It arrived the following day with a full gas tank, and Ryan took the time to review the features with me. My neighbors were amazed. My experience with the finance manager (David Toler) was also very positive. Two days later, I received a call to see how I liked my new car. That is how it should be done. I posted my experience on a local forum, screenshot attached.
