“I am a Subaru customer from Cumming, GA. We are driving back home from NY but ran into a major safety issue with our tires. I called your service center, Brad Ellmore picked up at the first ring, he listened to our story and told us to bring the car in, and even went above and beyond by giving detailed directions from where we were. I knew immediately we found the right person. As soon as we arrived, he was right there waiting and found the problem: the bushings were totally broken, causing the wheels to run on uneven surface, all tires being nearly broken.
Although we have been sending our car regularly to our Cumming, GA Subaru service center, including a check up service right before our 8/21 trip to New York, they never discovered that major safety issue. They did a front wheel bearing replacement in September, 2022 but never found the issue with the bushings and tires, nor did they discover it this month right before we hit the long journey.
We were 9 hours away from home, stranded at your service center, and were told the repair work would take another 5 hours!! Knowing we had to move out of our present home in a few days and needing to get back home asap driving non stop (my husband being the main driver, and a cancer survivor at 75), Brad worked out a plan with his crew and shortened the repair work to less than 3 hours! His compassion towards his customers has touched us so deeply. We feel totally obliged to send you this email to show our gratitude. He has the most outstanding customer service. He is the reason why so many people trusted Subaru for all these years.
