At CMA we strive to offer our employees benefits that will support our associates and their families at all stages of life. An exciting, yet underutilized, benefit we offer is Educational Assistance. It is our goal to encourage and support you to take advantage of opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge about our business.
After six months of continuous employment, the company will reimburse full-time associates for the cost of tuition not to exceed $150 per credit hour and for course books up to $100 per course upon completion with proper documentation
The coursework you select for reimbursement must be job related or related to our business. You can receive assistance for up to two courses/ classes per semester not to exceed three courses per year. All courses for reimbursement must be pre-approved by your General Manager.
