This shoutout comes from Beverly Cromer, the receptionist over at Charlottesville’s CAC!
“On May 16th, around 4:30pm, a customer walked into the GM Showroom and said he was coming from Nissan Service because he had his Nissan Titan towed here. He didn’t have a ride home and missed the shuttle which stopped running at 4pm. The gentleman said he was heading to Forest Lakes but was stranded and didn’t know what to do. I told him we would find him a ride. I called Chan Nesbit in CAC Service (she is my go-to and knows everything!). I told her the situation and she said she would find Chris King, a porter back in CAC Service. While we were waiting for Chris, Bob Kemp saw the man standing at the receptionist desk and he came over. I explained the situation and Bob also offered to take the gentleman to Forest Lakes. Chan called me back and said Chris was on his way down, and he was down in a flash to pick the gentleman up! The customer was so relieved and very grateful, he said thank you at least 10 times! Chan and Chris went above and beyond (as they always do) and are great examples of CMA associates always doing everything they can, anytime, to help a customer. They are true examples of Owners Just Care More. 😊 And thank you to Bob as well for offering to give the gentleman a ride!”
