“I just wanted to reach out and tell you about the outstanding service I had from Ka-Tari Brown. My 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 had multiple problems, the most serious being the transmission. Ka-Tari kept having the vehicle tested until the problem could be duplicated. The problem was duplicated and at that point he got with the parts team to get my parts as fast as possible and within a week I had my vehicle repaired. I have multiple company vehicles and I can tell you that independent shops as well as dealerships lack the ability to keep the customer up to date as well as understand that these vehicles are critical to businesses. I never once had to reach out to Ka-Tari. He constantly kept in contact with me and updated me even after hours. I can honestly say it was the best customer service experience I have ever had involving vehicle repairs. Thanks to you for having him on your team and for his service.
