Get Ready to Move: Join CMA’s Moving Bodies Forward Challenge!

Are you ready to step up, get moving, and have some fun with your team? CMA is launching the Moving Bodies Forward Challenge, powered by the Wellable app, and we want YOU to be part of it! Whether you’re an avid runner, a casual walker, a yoga enthusiast, or just looking for motivation to be more active, this challenge is for everyone.

👥 Who Can Join? Every CMA associate is invited!

How It Works

1. Sign Up – Use the QR code on flyers in your break room or this link – CMA Wellable Registration
2.  Download the Wellable App – Log in and sync your fitness tracker or health app for automatic tracking.
3. Start Moving! – Walk, bike, swim, do yoga—whatever gets you moving. Earn points for your team and yourself!

No Smartwatch? No Problem!

You can manually enter activities through the Wellable website if you don’t have a smartphone or fitness device. Everyone can participate, no matter how you track your movement!

What’s at Stake?

🏆 Team and Individual Prizes!
Your team’s score will be based on the average points of all team members, so every step counts! We’ll also recognize the top individual performers.
