“Giving an overall score of over 10”

“First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in rating and the feedback with my purchasing experience. I would like to start out by giving an overall score of over 10 but that is high as the scale reaches. Over the years I have purchased a lot of vehicles with varying results with customer experience. I would like to mention that the purchasing experience there at CMA’s Hyundai of Winchester, has outdone any of my past experiences by far.

The friendly family-type atmosphere and the personal attention given by everyone involved in purchasing the vehicle was outstanding.

Dave Kraemer

I was greeted by Dave Kraemer, Sales Associate with sincere and friendly demeanor.  His attention to listening to our questions was great along with his knowledge of the vehicle and answering them with detailed information. He took the time to make sure to pull vehicles side by side, to allow us to compare them close up. He made sure to introduce us to the General Manager, Tony Grist. Upon completion of the purchase, he took the time to walk through the functions and features of the vehicle.  Once again during the walk through, his attention to detail and personability showed while even taking the time to program my wife’s phone to the truck.  He also made sure we were completely satisfied before we left the dealership.

In conjunction with the family and friendly environment, Tony Grist impressed me with his true concern, on both a personal and professional level. His ability to make us feel comfortable, during what most people feel is a stressful experience was astounding. He also took the time to ensure us with our purchase.

Brad Thomas

When I went to complete the paperwork, I met Brad Thomas. In my past experiences, I have found the finance people have been the least friendly and reassuring by tending to just get through the process. I must say that this is not the situation with Brad, as he was both, and kept being personable throughout the paperwork needing signed.”

(In a side note, the customer added that Brad’s part got cut off due to lack of space allowed in the window, but it was an outstanding experience as well!)
