Happy 5-Year CMA Work Anniversary to Shawn Hays!

In honor of Shawn Hays’ 5 year anniversary at CMA’s Colonial Chevy, one of his coworkers asked to share her thoughts:

Shawn,

We would like to congratulate you on your 5th anniversary with CMA’s Colonial Chevrolet.

You are a wonderful General Sales Manager and an  inspiration to us all for so many reasons.

I personally have watched you take a sales person who needed that little push and you would take them under your wing and say and do the the most inspirational things with that person. I have watched you make that person shine like a brand new shiny coin. Thank you Shawn for always listening no matter what the conversation was about or who you were listening to.
