He plays a key role in several company initiatives, serving on the ESOP Team, CMA Green Team, and as our store’s EV Ambassador for both CMA and Ford Motor Company.
Rodney’s commitment to teamwork and leadership shines every day. He is always among the first to offer assistance to colleagues, ensuring the success of our team. He also assists in checking in the new Ford vehicles we receive, demonstrating his dedication to keeping operations running smoothly. His hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile make him an invaluable part of our CMA family.
