Congratulations to Pete Raburn and Talal El Oukaili! Today they both celebrate 10 years with CMA!
Pete Raburn
Pete has worked as an integral part of the CMA’s Colonial Honda Parts Team for the last 10 years. Pete is known for his laid-back demeanor and knowledge of the ins and outs of Honda Genuine Parts and Accessories. He is a member of a band known as N.O.D. in which he is the guitarist. Traveling to a town in Germany near Frankfurt to visit with family is also one of Pete’s favorite things to do. And most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife, Brenda.
Talal El Oukaili
Born and raised in Lebanon, Talal made the United States his home in 2001. In 2004 he made the automotive industry his business. This week Talal is celebrating 10 years with CMA’s Colonial Hyundai and 14 years with CMA. He began his journey with CMA as a Finance Manager at CMA’s Colonial Honda and is now the General Manager of CMA’s Colonial Hyundai. Talal takes every chance he can to spend time with his two sons, Malek and Mark. He also enjoys CrossFit, sport shooting and time in the outdoors. Recently he completed a 90-mile hike along the Appalachian Trail. When we asked Talal what direction he was taking leading his team, he answered: “Each day I dig and ask questions and work toward growing the leadership qualities in others.” He feels that the best thing that CMA has to offer is the opportunity to bring the best out in people over time and watch them succeed.
