Healthy New Year!

The New Year is an excellent time to focus on our well-being, and having access to resources that support health and wellness can be beneficial.

Keep a lookout for articles all month long right here – on CMApeople – that will highlight several services and benefits available to you through the HealthJoy app that will help you get off to a healthy start in the New Year!

What is Health Joy?  It is a free App, available to all benefits-eligible employees at CMA.  Whether you participate in our medical insurance or not, you can register for and use HealthJoy.  The App is of no cost to you, and the medical and wellness services offered are either free or of very reasonable cost to the user. It is also available for all of your enrolled dependents.

Once you have registered, you can download the App from Apple iTunes or Google Play and you are on your way to learning more about the benefits available to you there!
