“I know the job will be done right”

I just needed a state inspection today on my 2016 HR-V. John Brewster (CMA’s Valley Honda) greeted me when I arrived, and had my car back to me in 20 minutes. I can tell the technician took pride in his/her work, because they removed all the old adhesive and cleaned the glass before neatly installing the new sticker. I notice little things like this because I’m a professional detailer. I’ve always had my HR-V serviced here since it was new, because the people are great, and I know the job will be done right by a certified Honda technician using proper procedures and genuine Honda parts.
