“I will not go anywhere else”

“Zach Hackett, at CMA’s Valley Chrysler Doge Jeep Ram is “Phenomenal” He listens, is reassuring and goes above the call of duty. I had been without my Jeep for 4 days and was using Uber. I was unable to rent a car as there were none available. And it was imperative I be at an appointment the very next day. Zach understood the importance of my situation. And by 4pm the same day my Jeep was fixed. He surprised me as we decided not to inspect my Jeep as it was due, And with 2 weeks remaining in September I would have time to bring it back for an inspection. Well to my surprise Zach also inspected the Jeep as well. He truly is a great guy!! Beacuse of that type of service is why I will not go anywhere else for my Jeep. Zach defines customer service as it should be. Thank you for everything Zach, You’re the best!!!!!!”
