CMA is excited to welcome Chris Heinz as our Director of People and Associate Experience! Chris will be managing our Human Resources function as well as Payroll. He plans to focus on creating an enjoyable and productive environment for our associates, which will translate to a superior customer experience!
Chris relocated to Charlottesville with his wife and family from Pennsylvania and worked in the area as an HR consultant before joining CMA. Prior to that Chris was Chief People Officer at EnergyCAP in Pennsylvania.
