“I had a sinking feeling in my stomach when my 2017 Subaru BRZ broke down while traveling 3.5 hours from home. My trunk was full of my belongings as I was due to report to my temporary military assignment in just two days. CMA’s Subaru of Winchester was the nearest dealer and I didn’t have many options. It turns out I just needed one.

As my car was being loaded onto a flatbed tow truck, I explained the situation to a service advisor over the phone and immediately I knew that I was in good hands. Anthony Nilon was professional at every step of the long repair process required to replace the engine on my BRZ. Not only was he consistent in communicating progress and the status of incoming parts, but the reliable manner in which he kept me informed and advised was absolutely unparalleled. It was the hard work of the technician Dustin Miller that was essential to getting my BRZ back on the road. The issue was quickly diagnosed and once the parts came in, Dustin made short work of what could have easily been a very drawn out engine buildin g process. It was evident to me that Dustin cared for my car like his own. Rather than turn over an untested engine, he personally drove my car 100 miles to make sure the engine would survive my long road trip home without any issues. His craftsmanship certainly handled my trip back to Philadelphia with ease and I have no doubt it will withstand the test of time.”
