NEW – CMA’s Gift of Time Policy

CMA was created by ordinary people accomplishing extraordinary things. In support of this culture, we have a policy that now enables employees to donate their Paid Time Off to another associate in need of time off from work. 

The Gift of Time Policy provides our associates the opportunity to assist another associate who is facing a personal serious illness or injury, or are caring for an immediate family member who has a serious illness or injury. 

Specifically, this policy allows multiple associates to donate a combined maximum of 4 weeks of accrued PTO to another  associate when they need time off that is not otherwise covered by any existing time off benefits.
