Here are the job details:

We are seeking an onsite Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance and support for our end-users. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving computer hardware, software and network issues in a timely manner, ensuring that all installations are completed effectively and efficiently, and providing user training and assistance as required. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support for end-users via phone, email, and onsite visits
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
• Documenting and tracking technical issues, resolutions and follow-up action items
• Installing and configuring hardware, software, networks and other IT related systems
• Providing training, assistance and support to end-users regarding IT systems and processes
• Coordinating with other IT teams and vendors to resolve and escalate issues
• Managing user accounts and access levels
• Keeping asset inventory up-to-date and ensuring security compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other desktop applications
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
• Experience using IT incident tracking and management systems
