Congratulations to Pam Blake on winning $200 for proving Owners Just Do More! A fellow CMA owner nominated her for taking on more than we ever expected:
“For the last 6 months, Pam has been taking on several positions. Already Controller for CMA’s Colonial Auto Center and CMA’s Colonial Nissan, she added CMA’s Volvo Cars of Charlottesville last year and her office has been short-staffed. Pam comes in on her days off, even “MOST” Sundays, and works open to close every day of the week. She has been handling all the deals as far as finalizing, posting, sending contracts out to the banks, cancellations, Zurich products, and making sure all compliance is correct for all 3 dealerships.
I can tell you she always has a smile on her face and not one time has she said “NO” to something. She will stop what she’s doing and help you on the spot regardless of what she’s in the middle of doing. She still manages at the end of month to ensure salespeople and managers get paid on time. She has several new hires on top of that, and is training them on the BIG work load and doing her normal daily position. Pam you are the BEST and I hope you’re recognized for all you do for us. We couldn’t do it without you for sure!”
