Planning for your future- 401k with Empower and CMA!

It’s never too soon (or too late) to start planning for life after work!  Now, while you are working, is the time to start setting aside funds for your future, and CMA offers several benefits to help make this happen!

A 401k is a retirement savings plan. You can choose the percentage amount of your compensation to contribute to your tax-deferred savings plan on a per-pay basis. The company offers up to a $500 match per year. (Note: contributions are subject to IRS yearly limits)

All Full-Time and Part-Time class employees are eligible to participate in the plan after meeting the waiting period.  Employees become eligible upon the first day of the quarter after completing 6 months of active employment. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate.  If you prefer not to participate, log into your enrollment account and opt out of contributions.  When you become eligible, you will receive a copy of the SDP- Summary Plan Description.
