Thanks to everyone who helped make our annual #CarsandCans food drive a success!! Company-wide, we were able to donate over 5500 meals locally!
Let’s take a look at how each market was able to positively impact their community:
Charlottesville – Donated 1096 pounds of food to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, equivalent to 1000 meals!
Staunton – Donated 1089 pounds of food to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, equivalent to 907 meals!
Richmond – Donated 1136 pounds of food Colonial Heights Food Pantry which equals 947 meals!
Martinsburg – Donated 740 pounds to the Berkley Co Back Pack Program!
Winchester – Donated 1719.82 pounds of food to the Congressional Community Action Project (CCAP)!
Williamsburg –Donated 200 pounds to FISH Inc.!
Lynchburg – Donated 582 pounds of food to the Salvation Army!
Over 6000 pounds of food was donated and we are looking forward to adding Rocky Mount to our totals next year! We wouldn’t have been able to make this impact without everyone’s hard work! Let’s keep it up!
