Service Departments Continue to Set Records!!

Our service departments are killing it! We wanted to highlight a few stores who are performing phenomenally!

• A special shout out to the entire team at Colonial Chevrolet where every service advisor’s CSI was above the national rating!
• Jim Coombe over at Colonial Honda had his personal best CSI month at 96% which was also 6 points above national average
• At Colonial Subaru, Mindy Williams had 1345 hours sold!!!!! Service labor sales were up 38% vs last July!
• Honda of Winchester’s team has been above district average CSI for the past three months!
• Subaru of Winchester had 10 associates who received the Fixed Right the First Time recognition: Scott, Ryan, Freddie, Sage, Darren, Kyle, Neal, Kristian, Gary, and Pierce. Chuck Mason also earned a perfect NPS Score with a perfect Kept Informed score!
• All time records were set at LH, VH, VS, SW, WHY, VVW, CAC/N, and CK!
