Congratulations to Jon Carpenter for winning the “Best Idea Contest” at the off-site Service Manager meeting last week. Tony Gagliardi, Jon, and CMA’s Colonial Subaru team have come up with a process at their dealership that has helped to improve their NPS scores dramatically, simply by having the right associate in the right position who has a consistent follow up communication process with all of our service customers.
The idea? Everyone should have an Eva 😊! Eva Butler loves what she is doing, and it shows. This is just one of ways that we can show our customers that we are owners who just care more!
