And now to recognize our unsung heroes in the dealerships…
First Place Recon – CMA’s Valley Dealerships

Shout out to Billy Krumpter, CMA’s Valley Dealerships Spring Pride Multi-Year Champion!
Billy was literally a first responder to any Spring Pride need campus wide, from hauling away old pallets, to overcoming his fear of the shaky scissor lift while making the CDJR building shine, and having a recon shop so clean you could eat off the floor. The judges were blown away by how amazing his recon center looked, especially considering the number of vehicles they service every day for all of the Valley Dealerships – over 600 cars a month!!
Billy, your hard work and dedication to making sure the whole campus is in order is so appreciated. Three cheers for being an owner who just does more!
Second Place – CMA’s Richmond Buying Center
Opening in August of 2019, CMA’s Buying Center was busy right away. Dent, paint, glass chips, detailing and merchandising are all completed here in a one-stop shop. Not only do they prep vehicles for the Richmond Dealerships, they buy vehicles as well to assist with inventory needs.

On the detailing side, Jarrett Ross is the owner of Virginia Paint and Dent. His team really came together to spice up the detail area and even came in on Sunday to get everything done. It’s a very busy detail center with 10 active detailing bays running 6 days a week. You can only imagine the amount of dirt and debris coming out of and off of 300-400 cars per month. There’s a patio area in the back of the building that was always there but was neglected because it didn’t get used. With the construction of the future carwash, and with Jarrett’s team helping, all of the overgrowth and old building materials were removed making it a much nicer space.
