We do a consistent job taking CARE of our guests, we have opportunities and room to improve, however this past Friday and over the weekend we had 9 OEM Surveys results reflect perfect scores! Outstanding! Many customers left detailed comments about their stellar experiences. Shout out to Stu who managed to get all 3 Sales surveys in 2 days with perfect scores! An uncommon level of care has become common for Williamsburg Ford and I am proud to work with a Team that takes care of people first!
