Hey team! You are the heart of our store. When you get involved with the Strengths assessment, you help us unleash CMA’s potential! This assessment is a chance for us to work together better, improve communication, and give our customers the best service. 

The Subaru of Winchester team has achieved a significant milestone -100 % of their associates completed a CliftonStrengths assessment! This remarkable feat has brought them closer and instilled a sense of unity and belonging, making them feel like a tightly-knit family. Chris Heinz recently celebrated this achievement with a fun-filled party where they laughed, learned, and strengthened their bonds.
