W2 Retrieval Process for Former Employees

If a former associate reaches out to you asking how to retrieve their 2024 W2, please share the following information with them:

Former associates can log in to Paylocity to access their W2, provided they remember their login credentials.

If they are unable to log in, they should email cmapayroll@cmacars.com with the following details:

• Name
• Last four digits of their SSN
• Address on file

Once their information is verified, we will securely provide them with their W2.
