CMA wants to reward and recognize all the ways we Do More for our customers. Every day in our service lanes, showrooms, and even in customer driveways, we are going above and beyond to surprise and delight our customers.
Introducing DO MORE MOMENTS!!
Throughout March & April – CMA’s Do More Days – we will award $250 each week to the best example of Owners Just Do More. Here’s how it works:
- Nominate a coworker by providing an example of them going out of their way to Do More for a customer, for their team, or for the dealership. Only nominations made through CMA’s Owner Recognition Form on CMApeople will qualify. Please do not text or email.
- At close of business every Friday, we will collect all submissions that week. CMA will announce a winner by Tuesday morning of the following week.
- Earn Money! Every week, the person who submitted the winning nomination will get $50, and the person Doing More will get $200.
It’s that easy! We are owners and Owners Just Do More! Let’s celebrate that and recognize CMA associates who live that motto every day.
